The puzzle of pieces that change color, by Clemens Habitcht

Clemens Habicht is the creator of this puzzle of 1,000 pieces that change color. It is a kind of supervitamined version of its 1,000 and 5,000 color gradient puzzles, but with the added difficulty that the color of each piece changes depending on the angle with which it is looked.

He says solving this puzzle is "as satisfying as it is therapeutic," much more than solving a normal image puzzle. The change of color and the touch of the "special material" must have its charm, and certainly does not seem to make it easier to solve, but quite the opposite.

The puzzle is printed in Poland with a special "iridescent" material and measures 68 × 48 cm. It is sold on Amazon for about $ 90 or so. Habicht also has other models in the form of colored wheels and spheres of the same style in an Australian online store.
