Wikimedia celebrates goodbye to the turkey blockade

The Government of Turkey has restored access to Wikipedia in the country, following an access block that has lasted almost three years. It was imposed on April 29, 2017 by the Turkish authorities, accusing the popular online encyclopedia of carrying out a smear campaign against the Government of that nation.
The institution's decision came on December 26, but the government agency in charge of the decision has not obeyed the Constitutional until the document, which can be read here (in Turkish), has been made public
